    Another project has implemented again！The "Photovoltaic + energy storage" integrated energy project of Hanxing Energy and Magang Luohe Mining has been successfully connected to the grid.

    Recently, the 3.35MW photovoltaic + 15MW/30.05MWh energy storage integrated energy project invested and constructed by Hanxing Energy at Anhui Magang Luohe Mining Co., Ltd. was successfully connected to the grid and put into operation. With a total investment of approximately 55 million yuan, this is the first "photovoltaic and energy storage integration" green energy project of Luohe Mining. From the official start of construction in July to the grid connection in December (the energy storage part was completed and connected to the grid by the end of September), the project's advancement efficiency was remarkable. Project Overview: The project ingeniously utilized the existing idle processing site within the mining area, laying out photovoltaic arrays and energy storage equipment without adding new land. During the planning stage, Hanxing Energy conducted in-depth research on the actual power consumption and production patterns of the factory area, and tailored this comprehensive energy solution featuring the coordinated operation of "photovoltaic + energy storage" specifically for Luohe Mining. The total installed capacity of the photovoltaic system is 3.35MW, and it operates under the mode of "self-generated, self-consumed, and surplus power fed to the grid".During the day, photovoltaic power generation is given priority to supply production and use in the factory area, and surplus electricity can be stored in the energy storage system; At night or during peak electricity hours, the energy storage equipment discharges to continuously ensure stable power supply in the factory area. Based on the actual load analysis, the electricity demand of the factory area is much higher than the installed capacity of photovoltaic power. The electricity generated by photovoltaic power can be fully consumed locally, effectively improving the efficiency of green energy utilization. The energy storage system has a capacity of 15MW/30.05MWh and consists of 6 sets of liquid cooled battery compartments and an integrated converter and booster unit.The system achieves a win-win situation in terms of economic and environmental benefits by "peak shaving and valley filling", charging during off-peak and off-peak hours when electricity prices are lower, and discharging during peak hours when electricity prices are higher for the use of the factory area. This approach reduces the electricity cost for enterprises through the price difference. According to preliminary calculations, after the project is put into operation, the photovoltaic part can provide about 3.42 million kWh of green electricity per year, which is equivalent to saving 110 tons of standard coal and reducing 281 tons of carbon dioxide emissions. The annual income can exceed 1.3 million yuan; The design and operation cycle of the energy storage system is 25 years, with an average annual discharge of about 12.87 million kWh and an expected annual revenue of nearly 5.2 million yuan.     On December 23rd, the 5.12MW distributed photovoltaic power generation project of the second-phase backup tailings pond and the 10MW/40.12MWh supporting energy storage power station project of Anhui Magang Zhangzhuang Mining Co., Ltd., which were invested and constructed by Hanxing Energy, were successfully connected to the grid.By now, the 20MW photovoltaic power station of Zhangzhuang Mine (constructed in two phases) and the supporting energy storage power station have all been completed and put into operation. Among them, the second-phase photovoltaic and energy storage power station started construction in August and was connected to the grid in December, taking only five months, demonstrating a remarkable construction efficiency. This marks that Hanxing Energy has set a new benchmark in the field of integrated smart energy solutions for "photovoltaic storage" in mines. Project overview: The total investment of this project exceeds 110 million yuan, and it is the first comprehensive energy demonstration project tailored by Hanxing Energy for Zhangzhuang Mine, injecting strong impetus into the green transformation of traditional mining enterprises.The project is located in a new energy base of approximately 500 acres in the reserve tailings pond area of Zhangzhuang Mine. It cleverly utilizes idle and abandoned land in the mining area to lay photovoltaic arrays. The total installed capacity of the photovoltaic power station is 20MW, bringing green vitality to the previously barren land. The supporting energy storage power station has a capacity of 10MW/40.12MWh, with 2 energy storage units. It uses 8 high-efficiency liquid cooled battery compartments and 4 integrated converters and boosters for coordinated operation, ensuring stable and efficient system. According to calculations, after the project is fully operational, the photovoltaic power station can provide approximately 23.5 million kilowatt-hours of clean electricity annually, equivalent to saving 2,888 tons of standard coal, reducing 13,653 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, and saving about 5 million yuan in electricity fees for mining enterprises each year. The energy storage power station, through "peak shaving and valley filling", stores electricity during off-peak hours and discharges it during peak hours. It can achieve an optimized transfer and utilization of approximately 18 million kilowatt-hours of electricity annually, further saving mining enterprises 3 million yuan in electricity costs. The two systems operate in coordination, which not only increases the proportion of green electricity in the mining area but also enhances the grid's regulation capacity and energy utilization efficiency.     Recently, the 10.35MW/30.09MWh energy storage project of Anhui Liuguo Chemical Co., Ltd., constructed by Hanxing Energy, was successfully implemented. This project is an important practice of Hanxing Energy in the field of chemical energy storage, and it is also another high standard and replicable benchmark project in the industry, marking a new level of delivery capability for the company's large-scale industrial and commercial energy storage projects. The project is located in Tongling City, Anhui Province. It has completed the construction of the LiFePO4 battery energy storage system, which adopts a prefabricated cabin integrated design.It includes six 1725kW energy storage converter and boost integrated machines independently developed and designed by Hanxing Smart Energy, as well as six 20-foot 5.015MWh standard liquid-cooled battery compartments. The system is deployed efficiently and operates stably, demonstrating Hanxing's solid technical accumulation and engineering implementation capabilities in large-scale industrial and commercial energy storage projects. At present, the project has officially been put into "peak shaving and valley filling" operation. It stores electricity during off-peak and flat electricity periods and discharges it for enterprises to use during peak hours, significantly reducing electricity costs by taking advantage of the price difference.The system adopts an intelligent optimization strategy. It is estimated that in the next 15 years, it can bring about 18 million yuan in peak-valley arbitrage profits for enterprises, significantly enhancing their economic benefits and energy usage autonomy.In addition to direct economic returns, this project also holds positive value for grid coordination and environmental protection. The power station can participate in peak shaving and dispatching of the grid, alleviate regional power supply pressure, enhance the stability of grid operation and the capacity for absorbing new energy. While helping enterprises achieve energy conservation and cost reduction, it also injects new impetus into the optimization of the local energy structure and green development.
