    On October 10th, the 20MW distributed photovoltaic power generation project of Zhangzhuang Mining's backup tailings pond was successfully connected to the grid. The project was developed by Hanxing Energy Investment and started construction in Huoqiu County, Lu'an City on May 15th. The tower foundation project of the 10KV transmission line officially started on July 3rd and lasted for 68 days. The team overcame many unfavorable factors such as high temperature and coordination, and successfully achieved the connection of two photovoltaic power stations and three mining circuits on September 8th. The photovoltaic power generation project covers a total area of about 570 acres, with an installed capacity of 20.03 MWp, a comprehensive efficiency of over 80%, and a maximum efficiency of 16.5 MWp. After completion, the power station can produce 22 million kilowatt hours of green electricity annually, saving over 7000 tons of standard coal and reducing approximately 18000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions. This will help alleviate the energy supply pressure in the mining area, reduce dependence on traditional energy sources, achieve energy conservation and emission reduction, and provide stable and reliable power support for enterprises. It has a significant demonstration effect on fully utilizing idle land and developing green and low-carbon.

    On 22 July, under the hot sun, the construction site of Zhangzhuang Mining's 20MWp photovoltaic project was unusually busy.In Lu'an City, Anhui Province, Auranbeier Energy is constructing a 20MWp photovoltaic project.   Zhangzhuang Mining's 20MWp photovoltaic project, as an important initiative to respond to China's dual-carbon strategy and promote energy saving and emission reduction in mining enterprises, has made remarkable progress since construction began in early May.   At present, the pile foundation construction has been fully completed, the switching station civil engineering is nearing completion, the bracket material has reached 90%, the water PV bracket installation work is in full swing, 10KV transmission line tower engineering has also completed 80%. The project team is going all out to ensure that the conditions for grid connection are in place by the end of August.   For Aulanbel Energy, this is not only to promote a project, but also to practice a responsibility.     The Changheng Automobile 500kW/1000kWh C&I energy storage system power station, built by Aulanbel, entered commercial operation in the first half of 2024. The project consists of five modular units divided into two groups of cascaded grid-connected. The control network topology between each unit is stable and efficient. At the same time, it adopts advanced LFP battery energy storage technology, and realizes the storage and release of power resources through PCS and EMS.   The system adopts two operating modes: "peak shaving and valley filling" and "demand control". It charges in valleys during normal times and discharges in peaks during power restrictions. It dynamically increases the capacity of supplementary power during power restrictions.     Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Emergency Backup Power Supply designed, constructed and installed by Aulanbel for Wugou Coal Mine has officially entered the commercial operation stage in March 2024. The Mining BESS Emergency Backup Power Supply uses lithium-ion battery technology, with a design capacity of 3MW/5.218MWh, equipped with two sets of 2.609MWh BESS and a 3MW power conversion system.     In the event of a failure of the power grid power supply system, BESS can provide power support for coal mine emergency rescue and is the hope for underground coal miners to ascend to the mine.   Relying on BESS can increase mining companies' consumption of renewable energy, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, to combat climate change and meet the expectations of investors, regulators and mining companies who want to reduce the environmental impact of their supply chains.

    5MW/10MWh Distributed Energy Storage in Hefei Haier Industrial Park was entered commercial operations

    The project in the title is a distributed energy storage power station newly built by Aulanbel (Brand Hanxingcn) in Hefei Haier Industrial Park, with an installed capacity of 5MW/10MWh. It adopts lithium-ion battery technology. The aim is to help Haier Refrigerator Industrial Park regulate electricity load independently, reduce energy costs, improve the flexibility of the power grid operation in the factory area, and achieve the goal of load shifting. This small-scale energy storage demonstration project was officially connected to the grid and put into operation at the end of November 2023. The project consists of three 20ft 1.675MW/3.35MWh liquid-cooled energy storage containers, one PCS unit equipped with two 1668kW PCS and one 3350kVA double-winding transformer and other equipment, and another PCS unit equipped with one 1668kW PCS and one 1700kVA double-winding transformer and other equipment, and a set of 10kV high-voltage combiner compartment.

    On May 18, 2023, the 100MW photovoltaic power generation 20MW/40MWh energy storage system equipment for Jinwu Highway in Jinchang City, Gansu Province, manufactured and supplied by Aulanbel Energy, was successfully delivered. In order to adapt to the extreme weather environment in the northwest, the Aulanbel technical team worked hard and contrapuntally research design solutions. It is understood that the project adopts an integrated system design plan, equipped with 280Ah energy storage cells, in the form of an outdoor 45ft prefabricated cabin, and equipped with fire protection, temperature control, monitoring, leakage protection, thermal management system, battery management system and other equipment. It can effectively ensure that the battery is protected from smoke, water vapor and dust pollution, and improve the efficiency and reliability of system operation. The energy storage system project was successfully completed. On the one hand, it has positive significance for adjusting the energy supply structure of Jinchang, meeting Jinchang's electricity demand, and promoting energy conservation and emission reduction. On the other hand, it has improved the visibility of Aulanbel in China and is of great significance to the company's scale development.
