Recently, the 0.5MW/1.165MWh energy storage project of Anhui Jincheng Composite Materials Co., Ltd. and the 0.8MW/1.864MWh energy storage project of Hefei Fangxin Property Co., Ltd. have been successfully started. Accurate power consumption analysis

Customized efficient energy storage solutions

Hanxing conducted an in-depth analysis of the commercial electricity consumption characteristics of Anhui Jincheng Composite Materials, and through charging and discharging simulation calculations, it was finally determined that the project adopts a modular integrated design. The equipment uses 5 Hanxing Energy 100kW/233kWh industrial and commercial energy storage liquid-cooled integrated machines , which are connected to the low-voltage side of the factory transformer through the grid-connected cabinet. The equipment can be charged during valley and flat periods, and discharged during peak periods, effectively utilizing the peak-valley electricity price difference to reduce electricity costs.

According to calculations, after the project is put into operation, it can release about 630,000 kWh of green electricity per year, with a cumulative discharge of 9.45 million kWh in 15 years. The peak-valley arbitrage income of the project can reach several million yuan within 15 years. This model can not only reduce the electricity cost for Jincheng Composite Materials, but also improve the stability of the enterprise's power grid through the flexible adjustment of the energy storage system, helping it to optimize its energy structure.

Building a new green energy hub

The planned installed capacity of energy storage in this project is 0.8MW/1.864MWh. It adopts modular integrated design and uses 8 Hanxing Energy 100kW/233kWh industrial and commercial energy storage liquid cooling integrated machines. It is connected to the plant transformer through the grid-connected cabinet and realizes flexible allocation of electric energy through scientific charging and discharging strategies. Make full use of the peak-valley electricity price mechanism in Anhui Province, formulate differentiated operation plans according to the electricity consumption characteristics of different seasons, and achieve the dual goals of peak shaving and valley filling and economic benefits.

According to calculations, the project can release about 1 million kWh of green electricity annually, with a cumulative discharge of 15 million kWh in 15 years. The peak-valley arbitrage income of the project can reach several million yuan within 15 years , with significant economic benefits. By regulating the grid load through the energy storage system, new impetus can be injected into the development of local green energy, helping to achieve the "dual carbon" goal.
